We're a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and ultimately putting our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for EA Mobile, you will lead the Product Marketing and Marketing Strategy efforts for one of EA Mobile's top games or franchises. You will develop go-to-market strategies and drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals. In close partnership with EA Mobile game studios, as well as Growth leaders across User Acquisition, Marketing Creative, Market Research, Data Science, Communications and Platform Marketing, your marketing campaigns will increase player acquisition, retention, and engagement. Finally, you will serve as Growth's point person managing our most vital strategic partnership with our studio teams. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing.Responsibilities:Own and deliver the marketing strategy for your title or franchise. Align strategy with financial plans, product roadmaps and audience insights to launch new games and scale existing in-market titlesDrive Marketability validation and optimization for EA Mobile games from incubation to launch and throughout their lifecycleBuild relationships with leaders focused on your titles including, User Acquisition, Marketing Creative, Data Science, Franchise Brand Marketing, Communications, Regional Marketing and Platform Marketing to meet a common goalCreate data-driven marketing strategies to capture target audiences and increase market shareBuild "test-measure-learn" into all campaign strategies to connect activations to measurable results and goalsCollaborate with Finance and studio to build financial models and business cases for marketing campaignsDevelop a framework for omni-channel go to market campaigns that expand the reach of our products and live servicesConduct market research of the mobile games market as well as for new and existing EA titles and apply these insights to Product Marketing's strategies and campaignsCollaborate with studio to develop roadmaps that align with acquisition, engagement and growth strategiesPartner with Studio and Creative to inform our creative strategy and produce key assetsPartner with finance and operations on budget management for brand programs

Qualifications:Knowledge of and or deep passion for mobile gamingBachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or related field5+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or brand marketingAnalytical marketer who can translate data into actionable insightsExperience managing a cross-functional teamIntegrated Marketing experience including paid, owned, and organic channels.Strong project management skillsExperience with influencer marketing

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

$122,400 - $176,300 USD Annually

* New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

$115,700 - $176,300 USD Annually

* Jersey City, NJ :

$142,000 - $176,300 USD Annually

* Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

$131,000 - $174,800 USD Annually

* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

$115,700 - $163,100 USD Annually

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

$107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
