Responsibilities include:
Oversee local accounting and finance operations for two subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS.
Manage financial functions, including budgeting, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, insurance, risk management, and contract evaluations.
Facilitate the annual financial audit process for two subsidiaries while coordinating closely with external auditors.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory reports, tax declarations, and compliance with social security and HR benefits regulations.
Conduct ongoing analysis of financial performance, comparing results to prior years, budgets, and forecasts, while collaborating with the team for comprehensive reporting.
Requirements:
3+ years of Manufacturing experience
required
5+ years of experience leading a medium-sized team
required
IFRS and International experience
preferred
CPA
preferred
