Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Creative & Digital Project Manager to join our client's team in New York. The qualified candidate will be overseeing creative projects from start to finish while managing content for digital projects such as website development, software development, or digital marketing campaigns. Will need a good understanding of the web development process in order to work with partners to gather requirements, collect feedback and provide clarity to the Product and UX teams.

Responsibilities:
Deliver on operational needs of our creative team and web team (scheduling meetings, creating timelines, procuring supplies and working with vendors/contracts)Own projects independently, while keeping the senior producer & creative director informed on a high level.Oversee production and delivery logistics for our internal resources & external vendorsProvide administrative support to our ongoing process documentation and resource tracking effortsOccasionally, provide support to senior PM and creative director in the execution of larger campaigns
Qualifications:
4+ years of applicable experience in project management or operations in a creative or agency environmentFamiliarity or technical experience with commercial design/copywriting processes and vocabulary (file types, adobe applications, export settings, print vs digital, etc.)Basic excel / google sheets functionality (simple pivots, operational functions, conditional formatting, etc.)Experience with using task management systems to organize tasks, create dashboards and report on metrics (JIRA, Workfront, Asana, etc)Familiarity with modern office technology (both Windows & iOSStrong admin / operations / logistics background to tackle situations that require quick thinking & hands-on workAn operational background in web solutions experience partnering with product managers or web designersExperience and familiarity with web Development, UX/UI, Agile or Scrum methodologies, kanban visualization and related terminology
Location: New York, NY (In office a minimum of 4 days per work week.)Duration: 12 month contractRate: $40-$45/hour, W-2 Non-Exempt consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
