"Project Manager(Customer Advocacy & Success Campaigns)Position OverviewThis role will be supporting the Customer Advocacy team which is responsible for recruiting and vetting of happy customers into the program and the production and promotion of customer success stories for the our Telecommunication Client's Business Group. The project manager will help us activate stories internally and evangelize externally ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and high-quality creative standards. The role requires building trust and consensus with our partners across Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Product and with our customers and ensuring timely delivery of multiple creative assets.This project is a 12 month contract, ideally hybrid in New York, NY, but they are open to fully remote for the right candidate.A day at work includes:60% on project management: Setting up projects, facilitating meetings, managing tasks and timelines in partnership - with our agencies, routing files for approvals, communicating on project status20% on operations and analytics: Refining processes, content audits, Google site refreshes, and building reports10% program management: Connecting our business and marketing priorities with program strategy building business cases and creative briefs.10% on administrative tasks: Team meetings, required training, learning and developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in customer advocacy or related roles5+ years of Creative Production experienceA solid understanding of marketing communication fundamentals (channels, audience, content types, messaging) with a digital-first mindsetProficiency in complex project management tools (ex: Workfront) and Google SuiteStrong background in digital marketing and communicationsDesired Skills:Experience managing the creative development of customer success stories/case studiesExperience building creative briefsExperience in an external or in-house agency working with creative groupsProfessional writing or design experienceIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
