Position : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail Techno-Functional consultantExperience : 8+ yearsWork Location : Washington DC or Wilmington, Delaware. Resource will have to work in night shift, if required (TBD)

8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support projectExperience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and supportExperience of rollouts, deployments, upgradeExperience of code / fix push to EMPOSExperience of setting up new stores, store migrationsExperience of SLA based supportExperience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOSExperience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNowGood exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledgeFlexible with work hoursAbility to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriatelyAbility to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage themGood at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectationGood presentation and communication skillsGood experience of working in multi-vendor environmentShould be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery ModelTravel as needed
Roles and Responsibilities
D365 HQ Enhancements (Code Fixes, Configuration) and testing in multiple environments and performing regression testingMPOS, HQ and CSU deployment for changes, fixes and upgradesMPOS (frontend) supportMPOS API Interfaces supportMPOS Customizations and extensions support and future enhancementsD365 HQ Interface support to with Client's Revenue Accounting systemsMPOS upgrades, enhancements (configuration, code fixes) and mass deployment across store networkConfiguration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOSTesting and Release managementPerform root cause analysis for issuesCreating or updating Technical design documentsGood at client interactions, able to set and manage stakeholder expectationAbility to manage requirements or scope and risks appropriatelyAbility to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan or manage them
