Job Summary:The Associate Director of Finance IS (Information Systems) and Innovation is part of a team that assesses, implements and administers the Finance department's suite of software and automation solutions. Reporting to the Director of Finance IS and Innovation, this role is responsible for advancing the Company's information systems and processes to support both the Company and the Finance organization, driving its ongoing digital transformation and process improvements.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system administration and capabilitiesDesign, implementation and administration of the Supernus ERP.Assists with user provisioning, training and meta data for the Company's ERP, Microsoft D365.Partners with Finance leadership, IT and business owners to improve systematic processes and reporting and expanding the Company's utilization of the ERP's functionalities; focused on D365 Finance and Operations, and Supply Chain Management, driving process improvements.

Financial system administration and capabilitiesEvaluate, maintain, configure and develop the Supernus Finance department's suite of non-ERP financial systems.Assists with user provisioning, training and meta data for the non-ERP enterprise financial systems including Concur and various other systems.Partners with Finance leadership, IT and business owners to improve systematic processes and reporting.

Process improvementsAssists with evaluating, updating and implementing process improvements with an emphasis on digital transformation and automation, in all respects.Partner with Finance leadership, IT and business owners to assess all Finance processes (transactional, financial close, financial planning, manufacturing, reporting, etc.) for process improvement opportunities based upon automation.Project manage the implementation of identified process and system improvements with various cross-functional teams, including training and SOX compliance.

Corporate policies and SOX controlsSupport Finance leadership with the establishment and monitoring of the Company's Finance Information Systems processes and controls.Design, administer and maintain SOX controls and compliance and assist team with internal and external auditor requests.

Knowledge & Other Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (or equivalent) required, Accounting or Finance degree preferred.8+ years minimum relevant work experience required.Deep understanding of financial systems and experience in ERP system design and implementation.Experience with Microsoft D365 (or similar manufacturing ERP environment) preferred.Passionate about business excellence and continuous improvement in processes.Strong communication skills (written and oral) and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.Confidentiality and Integrity - must be able to represent and model integrity within the organization. Must possess and maintain the highest degree of security and confidentiality of information.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel required.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Travel Requirements:Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or carrying objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen, iPad, or other electronic device; and extensive reading.The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

At Supernus, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $166,000 to $180,000. This range is what the Company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. This range may be modified in the future. An individual's salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience and organizational needs.Base salary is one part of the overall compensation package, which includes the opportunity to participate in employee stock purchase programs and performance-based bonus programs.Supernus Pharmaceuticals is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
