Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as the air traffic controller for Kraft Heinz's Recruiting operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Coordinator will ensure Talent Acquisition provides a premium Kraft Heinz experience for our internal hiring managers and all candidates exploring opportunities with the company. The Coordinator will primarily drive the interview scheduling process, create offer letters, facilitate background checks, and send and collect new hire paperwork all while ensuring data integrity across multiple HR systems. The TA Coordinator will also drive the internal hiring process end to end and provide backup sourcing support on external searches.
Primary Responsibilities • Ensure candidate and hiring manager experiences align with the Kraft Heinz brand values and promise • Own all aspects of the candidate interview process, including scheduling, travel, and expense management; proactively communicate and solve problems with the business as they arise • Host onsite interviews to ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers • Facilitate candidate background checks and the offer process • Steer seamless transition of new hires to the onboarding process; partner with US L&D • Support Talent Acquisition's diversity recruitment initiatives • Ensure high quality reporting and recruiting data; as needed, create requisitions, track applicant flow, create offers, pull reports, and close requisitions • Drive hiring process for requisitions that will be filled with internal candidates • Assist in managing & tracking recruitment related expenses in support of TA budget management; process invoices and ensure timely payments to outside vendors • Ad hoc projects as assigned by Head of TA
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 1+ years of Human Resources, Hospitality, Event Management or Project Management highly preferred. Related internship experience will also be considered. • Success managing simultaneous projects in a dynamic business environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing priorities on tight deadlines • Passion for providing excellent customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain a relentless work pace with the ability to change course quickly • Confidence; acts with appropriate autonomy to problem solve amid frequently changing targets • Experience with an enterprise applicant tracking system preferred; experience with Workday a plus • Laser-like focus on detail; strong organizational skills to ensure premium experiences for candidates and hiring managers • Proficiency with MS Office applications
