Serve as counsel, business partner, and advocate for the NA Procurement and US-based Agriculture and Sustainability Leadership Teams, employees, and business.Partner with global procurement and sustainability teams to drive global strategy and connectivity.Drive staffing plans with business leaders in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team, supporting all aspects of organizational design and change management.Lead talent management processes including Talent Calibrations, Leadership Planning, and Development Planning.Lead employee relations matters and people manager development and coaching in partnership with business managers.Handle People Budgets to deliver Annual Operating Plan financials.Implement HR Programs to cultivate an environment of continued learning and employee engagement.Act as liaison for engagement councils to drive engagement action planning and communications.Partner with COEs – TA, L&D, Compensation, Rewards, University Relations, Talent Management, Engagement, etc. to support your businesses needs and continue to improve our processes and programs.Recipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!
