Your role at Clorox:

The IT Audit Manager is responsible for designing, planning, leading, and executing IT assurance and advisory-based projects against leading practices, frameworks, and common standards. Aiding in the performance of a thorough technology risk assessment, considering internal and external threats. Leading the team in conducting IT audits on systems and processes, identifying risks and vulnerabilities, developing audit plans and reports. Maintaining strong relationships with EDT and the business. Lead the delivery of the technology (IT) audit projects (assurance, ad hoc, or advisory). They are also responsible of identifying risk/weaknesses and recommending value added actions to strengthen IT controls.

In this role, you will:

Design, plan, lead, and execute IT assurance and advisory-based projects against leading practices, frameworks, and common standards (e.g., SOX, COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001/02, NIST, etc.).

Build an internal reputation as a trusted business advisor by creating and maintaining ongoing relationships with Clorox EDT and other lines of business, including valuable interactions outside of assigned projects.

Guide management through a period of significant organizational change, with a focus on strong control environments and recommending improvements and enhancements where identified.

Effectively maintain relationships with the 3rd party co-source provider across IT risk-based audits to optimize ways of working and project efficiency; conduct technical and general reviews to validate high-quality work.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging IT risk areas (e.g., Cybersecurity, Automation and Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, etc.); share experiences and provide on-the-job coaching to other team members on IT concepts and skills.

Prepare, review, and deliver meaningful communications and presentations; including senior leadership dashboards, process improvements, and reports to improve operations and align with policies and/or regulations.

What we look for:

5 or more years related experience in IT audit within Public Accounting, Internal Audit, or Information Systems. Big 4 experience preferred.

Relevant professional certification, or plan to acquire professional certification within 1 year (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM); certification in the audit field is a plus (CPA, CIA).

Experience leading and supporting integrated audits, large implementation audits and technical reviews at a complex public company (preferably CPG).

In-depth knowledge of IT risks and controls with a solid baseline understanding of business processes.

Proactive, hands-on, results-driven orientation required and the ability to independently drive projects and activities to successful conclusion is a must

Practical experience with audit methodologies, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), IIA standards and enterprise risk methodologies.

Proven ability to lead a team of professional auditors (including offshore resources) through all the phases of the audit cycle, as well as comfort working with outsourced service providers as needed.

Creative problem solver with ability to quickly assess a situation/process, identify potential risks or issues, and recommend real 'business practical' solutions.

Proven understanding of project and program management, with a focus on technology and operational risk identification and management.

Strong experience providing quality reporting and deliverables to senior management, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively

Ability to travel as needed.

Desirable:

Knowledge and experience in auditing SAP and/or similar ERP systems.

Understanding of IT architecture and network design, operating systems, database management systems, modeling and/or data analytics tools.

Experience with AuditBoard OpsAudit and SOXHUB platforms.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
