[Provide Vocational Support Services, including Job coaching and travel training, evaluation, guidance, and referral to resources.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Prepare Functional Assessments of consumers.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Provide assistance and encouragement to consumers to explore vocational goals, strengths, and problems.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Provides job seeking skills training.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Provides services for OOD as supervised by the Employment Services Team Leader.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Participate in the creation and completion of Individualized Service Plans.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Introduces consumers to Ohio Means Jobs and other community resources.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Schedule, coordinate, and obtain employment opportunities for consumers.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Provide guidance to consumers concerning benefits.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}[Provide follow up contacts and services with consumers to maintain employment.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""} ::: :::
