Position Overview
As a Supply Planner you will develop buy plans, optimizing inventory levels and projecting supply based on varying demand. Using data to help drive decisions, ensuring processes are in place to meet critical metrics and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will engage cross functionally with Finance, Technology, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations and Business/Commercial teams to ensure integrated forecast planning for businesses.
What You Will Do
Develop buy plans at the part level utilizing on hand inventory, forecasts, and safety stock along with other market related factorsPrioritize inventory management activities based on SKU stratificationDetermine safety stock at the item level and maintain based on seasonalityReview monthly forecasts with sales and demand teams to validate demand and review supplyProvide data-based analysis for SKU rationalization recommendationsSupport and run new product introductions and transitionsReporting activities including compiling data for monthly S&OP meetingsHighlight supply challenges to partners and work with factory liaisons to mitigate risksMeet or exceed KPI targets (inventory to sales ratio / % of active vs non-active inventory, days of supply etc.)Help define, implement and standardize business processesSupport company and brand initiatives and goalsEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related quantitative disciplines5+ years of multifaceted planning experience. Consumer Products experience preferred.Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of Kinaxis or other similar planning applicationsCore strength in planning concepts, principles, and standard processesIntermediate SQL skills is preferred, and Excel proficiency is required
Salary Range
$75,000 - $95,000 Annually.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
