Job Description
Operations ManagementManage and schedule the diverse shifts of logistics professionals, which includeswarehouse staff, temporary workers, and support personnelOversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound logistics,warehousing, and transportation, utilizing ERP, and WMS systemsEnsure the safe operations by supervising training progress and comply withOSHA regulations and compliance requirementsConduct regular team meetings to ensure order completion and plan forupcoming ordersInventory Control and Optimization
Oversee inventory management by performing regular audits and executingstrategies to mitigate both stock outs, and overstock scenariosWork closely with onsite operations teams to ensure the accuracy of inventoryrecords and maintain data integrity in the ERP, and WMS systemsCollaborate with the related departments to optimize lead times, order quantities,and delivery schedules for seamless inventory managementOrder Fulfillment and Shipping Management
Take the lead in order fulfillment initiatives, supervising and coordinating theorder picking and packing processes to ensure accurate product assembly andpackaging, followed by on-time deliveriesInitiate and organize the deployment of extra deliveries for timely order arrival asrequiredResolve logistics-related issues, such as product damages and losses,, systemerrorsReporting and Documentation
Oversee the accurate and timely reporting and documentation of all logisticsactivities, including inventory management, shipment tracking, and compliancerecords.Produce scheduled review reports and project progress updates for theLeadership assessmentJob Qualification
Education
Bachelor's Degree or above is preferred: Logistics, Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or Business AdministrationExperience
Proven track record of success in Supply Chain, Transportation, logistics operations,with at least 8 years of supervisory experience.Prior experience in WMS, TMS, ERP or related systems can be advantageousKnowledge & Skill
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Excel,Word, Power Point, etc.Proficiency in accurately entering and managing data andmaintaining organized recordsIn-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safetystandards, and compliance requirementsBilingual - Korean and English is preferredOther
Valid Driver's LicenseOSHA 30-hr CertificateGood LeadershipGood communication skillsGood management skills
