Right now, we are looking for a

Revenue Manager

located in San Antonio, TX to be an integral member of the Commercial Finance team by helping to implement and validate pricing strategy across the company. This role will also focus on supporting our sales team with pricing strategy, implementation, and analysis. A successful candidate will be naturally curious and will approach problem solving with a can-do attitude. Your critical thinking will help ensure the team doesn't miss a beat in maximizing profit for the organization.

Oversee and implement company pricing across products for assigned geographyResponsible for reviewing and processing price proposals, ensuring compliance of brand strategies and profit thresholdsIdentify pricing, margin, or profit issues and opportunities, and provide solutions working in conjunction with field salesAnalyze product price indexes in market by brand and strategy, and provide solutions to achieve desired index if necessaryProvide lift analysis on strategical discounts and promotional activityAssist Commercial Finance team with annual forecasting, including but not limited to; discount budgeting, predicting price increases etcAssist Accounting Department with monthly discount accrualsAd Hoc projects as needed for various departments such as Marketing, National Accounts, Sales, AccountingWhat You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science from an accredited college or university3-5 years of experience in related industry or equivalent combination of education and experienceAnalytical Background (Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics)Ability to quickly recognize data issues and apply critical thinking/problem-solving skills to develop proactive solutionsDesire to learn about the beer industry and understand retail pricing dynamicsAdvanced MS ExcelStrong ERP System knowledge, Cognos TM1, VIP iDig, or similar BI tools preferred
