Right now, we are looking for a
Brand Manager of Marketing
located in San Antonio, TX to oversee the launch of our newest innovation,
Pabst Light.
We are looking for someone who works well in a fast pace and collaborative workplace, who can think strategically to implement long term strategies for the brand, and someone who is continuously monitoring new trends and can identify opportunities to execute a creative approach. Someone with a creative mind and the proven ability to identify opportunities, develop a marketing strategy around those opportunities, and execute a plan that will positively impact performance. This person will report to the Brand Director and work closely with our internal teams as well as external distributors and agencies.
This role is based in San Antonio, TX. If you are not located in this area, relocation is required. Assistance will be provided if needed.

P&L and budget management responsibility of the brand, owning the performance of the brand holistically.Responsible for managing the DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) for each brand to drive incremental growth opportunities and improved performance in the market.Assist in the Annual Strategic planning for the brand, develope a 3-year Strategic Priority Plan, with a 1-year Execution plan and corresponding marketing budget.Manage Social Media accounts for each brand in the portfolio, developing a strategy for reach and engagement, content creation, and consumer targeting.Develop strong external relationships with Wholesaler & Retailer partners to ensure adequate share of mind for your brands across the 3 Tier System.Be the voice of the brand - the lead on all communication coming from the brand both internally and externally; consistently manage/analyze brand strategies, programming, identity, and execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand relevant marketing platforms and programming that deliver growth year over year.Provide a marketing lens on trends and performance as an input for sales throughout the annual planning & monthly forecasting process.Negotiate and develop brand partnerships and associations as needed.Demonstrate a deep understanding of the target consumer audience and the ever-changing landscape that this customer traverses.Idea generation and content development across the marketing platforms of the brand.What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree required.Requires a minimum of 3+ years-experience leading brand management activities and/or leading a local/grassroots marketing environment.Position requires a deep understanding and experience building beverage brands.Passion for the brand and its culture.Team oriented player that thrives in a collaborative environment.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to rally and motivate internal and external customers.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.P&L and budget management experience.Media management and buying experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficient in utilizing syndicated sales data (Nielsen/IRI).
