This role will lead complex projects and initiatives, collaborating with multiple Centers of Excellence (COEs) and systems, while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, advanced data analysis, and ensuring the alignment of business objectives with effective solutions.Role OverviewLeads complex projects and initiatives.Mentors junior analysts and provides guidance.Your Responsibilities on the TeamLead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities.Develop comprehensive business requirements and specifications.Lead the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Design and implement business process improvements.Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels.Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations.Own and prioritize product backlog and roadmap.Establish and monitor success metrics for each feature deliverable.Mentor and guide junior analysts.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the associate experience for their area.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree beneficial).Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.Extensive knowledge of business processes, project management, and technology systems.Expertise in business analysis methodologies and tools.Proficiency with advanced data analysis and reporting tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.High level of professionalism and integrity.Physical & Office/Site Presence RequirementsThis is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Senior Manager of HR Technology to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
