The Client Operations Director (COD) serves as the Program Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO), focused on managing large, complex accounts for Fortune 1000 clients. A COD works directly with Account Management and Project Management teams to fully understand a client’s needs and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams. This role takes a holistic view of program and portfolio management, transforming client requests into actionable projects and coordinating their execution across teams.Additionally, CODs are responsible for maintaining strategic communication with clients' executive and C-level management, providing consistent updates, and facilitating discussions on program strategy and progress.This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by Stratascale management.About UsAs a digital and cybersecurity services company, Stratascale exists to help the Fortune 1000 transform the way they use technology to advance the business, generate revenue, and respond quickly to market demands. We call it Digital Agility.ResponsibilitiesOversee the consolidation of all projects related to a client account into a comprehensive program.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing regular status updates on program progress.Collaborate with Account Management and other internal teams to communicate project strategy and ensure alignment with client needs.Participate in onboarding clients for service delivery and support pre-sales opportunities for additional solutions.Review client contracts and create statements of work (SOW) to delegate and manage projects effectively.Anticipate client needs and communicate future service opportunities to relevant teams.Conduct program status meetings, prioritize action items, and manage program timelines.Work closely with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and escalate issues as necessary.Engage with senior and C-level executives at client organizations, offering strategic insights and status updates.Participate in PMO team discussions to share insights and collaborate on program strategy.Coordinate resource allocation in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.QualificationsBachelor's degree
IT or Computer Science preferred
or equivalent experience10+ years client-facing project management experienceStrong experience managing large programs with multiple workstreamsProven ability to manage complex accounts in a consulting or service delivery environmentRequired SkillsStrong understanding of contracts, statements of work, and project scopingDemonstrated program management skills, with experience managing multiple, concurrent projectsWorking knowledge of IT concepts, including cybersecurity and network security architectureExcellent problem-solving abilities and process refinement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior and C-level executivesAbility to coordinate across internal departments to meet client needs and manage timelines effectivelyCertifications RequiredPreferred:Holds PMP Certification or in progressAble to travel up to 25%Additional InformationThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $156,000 - $210,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
