Zymo Research is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Design Team! In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the user experience and interface design, utilizing your skills and expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces. Your contributions will ensure the delivery of high-quality results to our global user base, promoting user satisfaction and engagement.Join us in making a meaningful impact!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUser-Centric Design:
Lead the user experience and interface design for product suite, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers and developers, to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions effectively.Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
Visual Design:
Develop visually appealing and on-brand interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for implementation.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and provide necessary support during implementation.Collaborate with marketers, department leaders, and internal stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.Education and Experience:Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.About Us:Since its inception in 1994, Zymo Research has been proudly serving the scientific community by providing innovative, reliable, and high-quality research tools and products.
