Essential Duties and Responsibilities
User-Centric Design:
Lead and oversee the user experience and interface design across the product suite, ensuring an intuitive, seamless, and cohesive user journey.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant and impactful design solutions that enhance user engagement.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive informed design decisions and anticipate user needs.
Keep current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, proactively integrating insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Lead iterative design processes, leveraging feedback from stakeholders and usability tests to refine and optimize designs.
Visual Design:
Create visually compelling, on-brand interfaces that elevate the user experience and align with the company's design standards.
Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets, ensuring they are prepared and ready for seamless implementation.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with development teams, ensuring design solutions are technically feasible and providing ongoing support during the implementation process.
Work with marketers, department leaders, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.
Education and Experience
Demonstrated experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design projects.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience applying these in a professional setting.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, as well as prototyping tools and techniques.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design choices and rationales clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field from a top-tier design school or reputable program (e.g., PRATT, SVA, Parsons, NYU, or equivalent).
Advanced education, such as a Master’s degree, demonstrating a higher level of expertise and capability beyond the average designer.

Compensation:The estimated base compensation range for this position is $41 - $50 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation details will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
