Responsibilities:Nurture the relationship between open-source projects (e.g. Milvus, Towhee) and software developers throughout the globe.Plan and execute strategies to grow the Milvus and Towhee open-source communities.Build out a set of strategic developer relations programs to connect with developers.Lead a fast-growing team creating developer content, including demos, presentations, video and streaming content, learning modules, and other formats.Partner with product and engineering to create two-way connections to educate developers about new features and bring feedback back to the organization.Plan and measure the impact of DevRel and Community programs qualitatively and quantitatively.Qualifications:Minimum 7+ years of experience in Developer Advocacy / Developer Relations.Familiar with open-source technologies, with knowledge of big data, artificial intelligence, and/or vector search a plus.Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in developer advocacy platforms, communities, and initiatives.Desire to engage with technical audiences online and in-person.Empathy with technical audiences and an ability to articulate their needs to the product team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
