Connectivity is Verkada’s newest product category, and operates like a startup within a startup. We’re looking for a unique individual who can lead both product management and marketing for Connectivity. This is a great opportunity for a product marketer with a CS/engineering degree to broaden their scope and directly shape the product strategy, roadmap, and feature set for a fast-growing portfolio of products. This role is highly cross-functional and will involve working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Supply Chain organizations.Responsibilities
Envision, build, and launch new Connectivity products in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Supply ChainDevelop the marketing collateral needed to support these launches, and train our Sales team on new products and feature releasesGather customer feedback and dig into customer use cases to prioritize feature development and sharpen messagingOwn the overall success of the business (i.e. bookings goal) and lead quarterly business reviews with executive teamPartner with the Sales team to close strategic customer accountsMake data-driven decisions to define and optimize product pricingManage technology partnerships with complementary tech companiesRequirements
3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a similar role at a B2B technology companyUndergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar quantitative fieldExperience working cross-functionally with teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Creative, and MarketingStrong ability to write for various audiences, including technical contentPay Disclosure

This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).$150,000 - $190,000 USDEqual Opportunity Employer
