And we believe that there is a better way to deliver a simplified, more meaningful healthcare experience for all – one that we’re determined to enable.Overview:Pager Health is seeking an experienced RVP of Consultative Sales to accelerate our growth, particularly for Pager Guide—our innovative, AI-driven, chat-first solutions. This role is a consultative sales position focused on building strategic partnerships with payors and leading healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from healthcare or healthtech consulting firms, driving the entire sales process while leveraging a consultative approach.Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with payors through strategic outreach and relationship-building.Consultative Sales Management: Own a portfolio of clients, guiding them through a complex, solutions-oriented sales process that emphasizes understanding their unique challenges and crafting tailored solutions.Pipeline Management: Oversee the qualification of leads and the identification of optimal solutions, serving as the primary contact for prospects throughout their journey with us.Strategic Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success to analyze market trends and develop impactful pitches that drive revenue.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate due diligence and internal collaboration to ensure alignment and clarity on client needs and organizational capabilities.Contract Negotiation: Lead discussions around contract terms in partnership with legal and leadership teams, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Industry Representation: Act as a key representative for Pager Health at industry events and conferences, enhancing our brand presence and establishing valuable connections.Virtual Engagement: Operate primarily in a virtual capacity, with travel as needed to meet clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years in sales roles, including 3-5+ years of experience within a healthcare or healthtech consulting firm.Proven Success: Track record of managing and exceeding quotas in high-growth settings, with an emphasis on consultative selling methodologies.Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with triage solutions (e.g., nurse lines, e-triage, telephonic support) and clinical assistance technologies, with direct experience selling to and managing relationships with payors.Agility in Startups: Experience thriving in fast-paced, agile startup environments is highly desirable.Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be resourceful, and proactively address challenges.Strategic & Creative Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the capability to develop strategic insights that lead to more innovative and effective solutions.Why Work at Pager Health?At Pager Health, you will work alongside passionate, talented, and mission-driven professionals – people who are building scalable platforms, solving critical enterprise-level challenges in health tech, and providing concierge services to help individuals access the medical care and wellbeing programs they need.You will be encouraged to shape your job, stretch your skills, and drive the company’s future. $190,000 . The compensation package may include commissions, stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
