Here's where you come in.We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic individual to join our team as the Director of Demand, Supply, and S&OP. This pivotal leadership role sits at the intersection of strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The Director will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless integration of demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP processes to drive organizational success.In this role, the Director will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to optimize our supply chain operations. By overseeing the monthly demand planning process, supply planning efforts, and S&OP meetings, the Director will ensure alignment with company objectives, financial targets, and market dynamics.The Director will play a key role in managing the Supply Chain Demand and Business Planner, providing mentorship and guidance to translate commercial business plans into actionable demand forecasts. Additionally, the Director will lead a team of supply planning professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Collaboration will be a cornerstone of success in this role, as the Director interfaces with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, marketing, finance, and sales. By forging strong partnerships and facilitating open communication, the Director will drive cross-functional alignment and ensure that supply chain initiatives support broader business goals.Where you'll be planted:

This role is heavily remote, with occasional travel to on-site activities including but not limited to PA, MD, NJ grow sites and regional offices. The ideal candidate for this position will be located in one of our Northeast Market states.To be blunt... Year 1 is going to be about:Leading the organization and creation of the monthly demand plan, the supply planning process, and the execution of the S&OP process for TerrAscend NE.Owning the Demand Review, Supply Review, S&OP, and ES&OP meetings.Owning long range inventory projections at allocation category level for Northeast States.Managing the Supply Chain Demand and Business Planner, providing guidance and support in translating the commercial business plan into actionable demand plans.Managing the Northeast regional Supply Planning & Inventory Tracking efforts for Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.Long range cultivation planning, short range MRP, and finished goods inventory management.Analyzing weekly growing/processing reporting metrics and report back to supply chain and other pertinent leadership.Liaising and coordinating between all business functions, including production, cultivation, warehousing, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and procurement.Maintaining and analyzing trend reporting and report out to management, consolidating state-level reports to the region-level.Participating in and lead ongoing implementation of supply chain software, e.g., Seed to sale, ERP/MRP, B2B order/fulfillment.Overseeing management of Finished Goods Inventory Process and daily Inventory Posting process in B2B marketplace.Ensuring perpetual finished goods inventory accuracy is maintained in all states.Enhancing and maintaining positive communications with our sales operations.Collaborating as needed to drive optimal productivity; foster an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.Performing additional duties as assigned.What we're high on...we value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences. To be successful in this role, we know you'll need:Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related discipline or equivalent education and experience.8+ years of supply chain and/or planning experience, with extensive S&OP experience.Cannabis or CPG industry preferred experience.Proven ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, provide feedback, and develop teams.Advanced Excel skills mandatory, including Vlookup, Pivot Tables, analysis of large datasets, data visualization in Excel, Tableau, Power BI.Experience managing finished goods inventory in B2B marketplace at SKU level.Heavy experience in LeafTrade or Leaflink, METRC.Strong analytical skills and understanding of the role of supply chain within the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence others on behalf of the supply chain team interests.Proven skills in implementing and leading supply chain excellence.Strong understanding of technology, inventory software systems/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), state required compliance software, applicable metrics working within a data-driven environment.*** Background Check Requirement ***As a condition of employment, a complete background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of the specific State in which the employee is hired.
