8+ years Systems Engineering ExperienceExperience in at least one of the following areas:Space Vehicles such as:

Satellite Bus/Payload Design Development or Test

Payloads such as:

Communications, Radar, EO/IR, RF, or Optics

Experience across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle/V such as:

Developing Concepts of OperationsRequirements Development, Decomposition, and ManagementSystem Level Design and ArchitectureDeveloping Test Plans and ProceduresSystem Integration and Test

Requirements Verification, Validation, and Sell-offAbility to work in a collaborative, multi-discipline environment to produce deliverable productsAbility to identify, manage, and mitigate technical riskExperience with SEIT tools such as DOORS, MATLAB, C++, and PythonExperience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Excel, Project, and PowerPointAbility to establish and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of the organizationDesired Skills:

Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value (EV) ExperienceOther experience in the Space domain such as:

Orbits, Navigation, and TrajectoryHyperspectral or VIS-IR Detector ImagingGround segment, antenna services, and data distributionMission geometry, relative satellite motion, and analyzing viewing and lighting conditions

Experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools for developing architectures and functional analysisExperience with Software DevelopmentExperience with Firmware DevelopmentKnowledge of US Export/Import law in regards to space technologiesPreferred Education:

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or related STEM degree
