Vice President of Capital Markets
gpac is partnered with a leading construction company who is in need of a
VP of Capital Markets
. This person will lead the company’s financing efforts for residential construction projects. This includes securing equity partnerships, negotiating debt agreements, and managing relationships with financial institutions. The role requires expertise in capital structuring, understanding both equity and debt provider needs, and leading complex negotiations for loans and joint ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Structuring:
Develop strategies for equity and debt financing to support growth.-
Equity & Debt Management:
Build relationships with equity investors and lenders, securing favorable terms for financing.
Negotiations:
Lead negotiations for loans, joint ventures, and partnerships, ensuring favorable outcomes.
Market Analysis:
Stay current on capital market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Risk Management:
Evaluate and mitigate financial risks related to capital projects.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with executives on long-term capital needs and financing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years in capital markets, real estate finance, or investment banking, with a focus on residential construction.
Strong understanding of
debt provider requirements
and
equity structures
.
Proven
negotiation skills
in securing loans and joint ventures.
Established relationships with financial institutions and investors.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Compensation:
