The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable web applications. This includes developing UI features, APIs needed along with database integrations.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Manage databases and ensure data integrity through effective backend development.
Work on micro services which are integrated with the UI application.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in full stack software development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining robust systems.
Proficiency in ReactJS/AngularJS/VueJS/TypeScript and NodeJS programming languages.
Expertise in working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). Experience with database design and optimization.
Experience in utilizing Apache Kafka as a message queue is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
