You will work as part of a team responsible for the development, testing, and debugging of distributed software that drives NetApp cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-premise solutions. This position requires an individual to be creative, team-oriented, a quick learner, and driven to produce results. The individual will begin to develop a technical specialty.Interaction:Work effectively with staff to senior manager level employees within the function and the technical team on assigned projects. There may be communication with employees in other functions within Business Units as required. Work independently with minimal guidance from other Senior members in the team.Education

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $226,450 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
