Responsible for meeting and exceeding occupancy and revenue goals.Support the professional development of community sales associates and provide coaching related to selling skills, pipeline management, and sales execution.Foster a strong sales performance culture across the district.Manage sales performance within the assigned district and monitor occupancy trends.Lead district alignment around competitive positioning and marketing plans.Assist in interviewing and hiring of all sales staff in their portfolio of communities.Ensure effective onboarding of new sales hires.Oversee completion of the marketing plan and budget for the district.Assess local markets and competitive positioning within the assigned district.Monitor sales performance expectations and gaps at the community and district level.Conduct coaching observations of sales team members.Visit each community within the district on a scheduled basis.Promote the company in a positive manner and serve as a consensus builder among community Sales and Operations teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field from an accredited college or university.5 to 10 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the senior housing industry.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 70%.Knowledge and Skills:Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing principles.Ability to manage time and tasks in a dynamic environment.Ability to build trust and act honestly in relationships with others.Physical Demands and Working Conditions:StandingWalkingUse hands and fingers to handle or feelAbility to lift up to 25 poundsRequires travel frequentlyBrookdale is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.Salary Range: $100,650.00 - $128,212.16 / yearJob Locations: US-LA-Baton Rouge | US-LA-New Orleans | US-TX-Dallas | US-TX-Tyler | US-LA-Lake CharlesPosition Type: Regular Full-TimeID: 2024-263830Work Location: On-Site
