Please be aware that this is a full-time role requiring on-site presence at our Newport Beach office.ResponsibilitiesManage Trust Administration-Decedent’s Estate cases independently from initiation to conclusionHandle Conservatorship cases or Probate cases from inception to completionEngage with prospective and current clients through meetings and communicationsCollect, organize, and evaluate asset information efficientlySubmit court documents, arrange court appearances, and provide service as necessaryMaintain calendars and prepare case files for hearings and client consultationsQualificationsMust have demonstrated expertise in Trust Administrations-Decedent’s Estates, as well as Conservatorships or ProbatesPossession of a Paralegal certification or qualifications that align with the standards of Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c) is requiredProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a preference for familiarity with ActionstepStrong attention to detail and capable of working independently or as part of a teamMust have a reliable means of transportation to our Newport Beach office or be willing to relocate before starting the positionCompensation$28 - $36 hourly DOEAbout Law Office of Susan A.
