co-head of the Energy Transition Group
(and his ambitious team including another Associate and two Attorneys) in the Houston office (NY and DC also open) at one of the largest international law firms in the world. You will advise clients on carbon capture, hydrogen, renewable fuel, and utilization and sequestration contracts.Your responsibilities will include advising on construction-related contracts, purchase and sale documentation, supply and offtake arrangements, as well as acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.Apart from a comprehensive benefits and compensation package ($350-550,000), the firm offers sponsorship and assistance to be admitted to the NY Bar.
