What you’ll be doing...As a Marketing Senior Manager on the Product Marketing Communications team, the primary goal will be to develop and execute marketing campaigns to retain customers and increase revenue for Verizon.
The position is responsible for spearheading robust marketing communications that generate Product adoption and revenue within existing customers, encourage customers to take advantage of additional product/services, as well as to engage with current subscribers.
You will engage and influence stakeholders across the organization for the strategic development of tactical marketing plans, providing direction internally and externally on planned initiatives on an ongoing basis. You will maintain our leadership position by anticipating consumer needs and shaping our future offerings to meet them. Your vision and leadership will help us realize what’s next for Verizon.
Responsibilities include:
Implementation/execution of complete digital and traditional marketing plans providing ownership of CRM multi-channel communications to existing Verizon customers including email, push notifications, text messages, digital assets (home page tiles, feed cards, etc.) and other online and offline tactics.
Actively review campaign results and evaluate opportunities to collaborate with internal and external teams for testing and enhancement.
Working with product teams and creative partners to share back learnings and create recommendations.
Developing creative and data strategy briefs for multi-vehicle customer communications programs.
Administration & Coordination of marketing budget, ensuring programs are on or under budget, plus effectively manage and track agency scopes of work.
Completing administration of workflow (JIRA) tickets to begin the data strategy brief process and to support the development of creative with internal development teams for multi-vehicle customer communications programs.
Ensuring proper presentation and the quality of all outbound campaigns on desktop and mobile for quality and best customer experience.
Collaborating with Product Marketing, creative development, database marketing team, project management and execution teams on logistics of communications deployment as needed.
Utilizing campaign results, analytics and marketing best practices to optimize communications for key performance metrics.
What we’re looking for...You are self-motivated, results driven, and a problem solver with attention to detail and experienced in campaign orchestration. You have experience with the coordination and communication among cross-functional internal teams, and agency partners.
You’ll need to have:
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Agency and/or client side marketing and/or CRM experience.
Experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
Experience balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint applications) and Google Suite.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Master’s degree – better if you have an MBA.
Experience working with internal or external marketing or advertising agencies.
Confident verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with campaign automation tools such as JIRA, Adobe Campaign, HTML.
Digital experience of trends and key business drivers.
Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
Balanced multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
