www.genedx.com .GeneDx is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Strategic & Integrated Marketing to lead and execute our omni-channel marketing strategy. This individual will have a deep understanding of our key audiences, their behaviors and mindsets, and activate engaging content and campaigns to drive influence for desired behavior changes while increasing brand awareness and authority.Key Responsibilities:Translate audience insights into actionable strategies and tactics to develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies engaging key audiences and delivering against business objectives.Leverage strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve business goals in a customer-centric, innovative, and value-driven manner.Bring a relentless drive and curiosity to assess and define the key value drivers, brand narrative, and messaging and positioning frameworks to attract, convert and retain customers across our key audience segments.Monitor and measure marketing campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimizations, and establishing reporting cadence and channel for relevant metrics updates.Ensure the marketing budget is allocated properly to conserve resources while attaining marketing and business goals.Lead, support and grow a high-performing marketing team, ensuring teammates have the information and resources needed to be successful in their roles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing strategies.Qualifications:12+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on omni-channel strategies.Proven track record of designing and executing successful customer engagement strategies.Exceptional strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate in a strong, clear, simple and compelling manner to drive impact and influence.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while adapting to a rapidly growing organization.Benefits include:Paid Time Off (PTO)Health, Dental, Vision and Life insurance401k Retirement Savings PlanEmployee DiscountsVoluntary benefitsGeneDx is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
