Director of Sales – Foodservice, Central Region

We’re looking for a Director of Sales for the Central Region to champion key account development, build dynamic customer strategies, and guide a team of sales managers and a national broker network. Who you are:
A strategic leader with
4+ years in Foodservice sales and team leadership ; you’re known for high-impact account management.
Excellent in
communication and presentation
skills, comfortable with senior management and a wide range of stakeholders.
Adaptable and goal-oriented with
strong project management and analytical skills
to meet ambitious sales objectives.
A collaborative team player with a customer-service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
What you’ll do:
Develop and implement
sales strategy and annual business plans
for the Central Region, achieving key metrics in alignment with company priorities.
Lead and mentor a team
of Sales Account Managers, managing both internal and broker relationships to deliver on sales targets.
Oversee
P&L, trade budgets, and financial performance , ensuring resources are aligned to meet growth goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in
marketing, insights, pricing, and operations
to drive solutions that enhance strategic customer relationships.
Education
Bachelors or better
