Job Title: Field Service Support Office/Desktop SupportLocation: Dallas, TXLocal Candidates OnlyInterview can be scheduled ASAP as the client is actively hiring for this role.Job Description:
Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS imaging, installation, and configuration.Good knowledge of handling Exchange Online, Office 365 Administration, and Office 365 Pro Plus related issues.Support Skype for Business operational issues such as install/uninstall, configuration, and deployment failure related issues.Help with SharePoint templates, site creations, access related issues, and technical support to sites that are migrated/created for storing file share contents.Support all OneDrive access and storage related issues.Coordinate and support on Win 10 automated deployments, ensure deployments run successfully, remediate failed deployments, and deploy the image through USB drives.Handle hardware/software requests from the dedicated locations.Good knowledge of Intune/Mobile Device Management, enrolling BYOD devices, and managing Android/iOS device management.Provide support for roaming users to seamlessly connect from any location within the constraints of all applicable security requirements.Handle secure wipe and asset disposal as per agreed process.Good understanding of IT Service Management processes.Basic understanding of SCCM activities.Good understanding of group policy and Active Directory.Provide break-fix support wherever necessary.Maintain asset inventory of existing devices and buffer stock if any.Good understanding of ServiceNow.
