Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Lead the technical design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes, technical standards, and best practices.
Development: Oversee SAP development activities, including customization, enhancement, and integration of SAP modules and components.
Technical Guidance: Provide guidance and support to SAP developers and technical teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and quality assurance.
Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) based on business requirements, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Testing and Validation: Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate SAP solutions and ensure reliability and performance.
Incident Resolution: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring system stability and compliance with SAP's support and maintenance policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain) and IT teams to integrate SAP solutions with existing systems and business processes.
Change Management: Manage change requests and ensure changes to SAP systems are properly documented, tested, and implemented with minimal disruption to business operations.
Training: Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams on SAP functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA, and SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO).
Experience with SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, or SAP SCM.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP technical roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or lead technical role overseeing SAP Operational support and maintenance.
Knowledge of SAP development methodologies, tools, and best practices for custom development and system integration.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
Ability to collaborate with business users, functional teams, and IT support teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
