We are a fun-loving, mind-blowing company that makes a difference one cup at a time.Position Overview:The person in this role will participate in the design and implementation of IT network and infrastructure systems, services, projects, and initiatives. This individual will engage in technical research and development to enable continual innovation within the infrastructure. They will ensure that systems hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures comply with our security standards and are optimized to allow the business teams to perform their duties uninhibitedly. They will be self-driven, organized, and exhibit impeccable work ethic even in a lively work environment. This position will require rotated 24/7 on-call and after hours/weekend work as needed.Key Result Areas (KRAs):Implement Infrastructure projects and initiatives:

Participates as a Sr. technical resource to the design, planning, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.Research and develop new and existing IT infrastructure services.Continued education as required to strategically drive initiatives.Work within the Dutch Bros community to promote excellent customer service, effective response times, and provide technical subject matter expertise in the area of responsibility.Travel time required to remote locations inside and outside of Oregon (as needed).

Develop documentation and provide guidance to IT team members:

Documents work: create and maintain topology diagrams, technical processes, change control, project status, and notes.Provides training to technical staff on new and existing IT infrastructure systems.Supports team members by providing technical mentorship in area of subject matter expertise.Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization’s staff and vendor partners via in-person, phone, email, and video.Continuous learning of new and existing technologies.

Respond to critical systems alarm(s) within one hour:

Act as a technical escalation point for infrastructure team members related to projects, initiatives, incidents processes, and procedures.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network and IT infrastructure systems.Ensure all network, systems, and security standards are being met.Participate in rotated 24/7 on-call and after hours/weekend work.

Job QualificationsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree, required.Minimum of 2-5 years work experience demonstrating increased responsibilities designing, planning, and implementing IT infrastructure on an enterprise scale.2 years experience implementing Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platform services and technologies.3 years experience implementing Windows server, Linux, network, IT systems and best practices.Advanced understanding of Microsoft Server 2016 and later: AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, etc.Advanced understanding of the OSI model and networking best practices: routing, switching, VLANs, Spanning-Tree, DMZ, QoS, VPN.Proven ability to learn new and existing infrastructure services and apply innovative business solutions.Ability to effectively communicate complex I.T. concepts simplistically.Ability to work in a dynamic environment.Strong documentation habits: Change control, ticketing, project status, process and procedure, topology maps, training guides, etc.Ability to travel 10% of the time.Preferred qualifications:Certifications: Cloud: Azure, AWS | Server: Microsoft, VMware | Network: Cisco, CompTIA.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.Proficient with PowerShell, Batch, or other scripting languages.Location Requirement:This role is located in the Greater Phoenix area. Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions.Office Conditions:

Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds.Hearing Requirements:

Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.Reading and Writing Proficiency:

Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.Vision Requirements:

Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.Technology Proficiency:

Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.Effective Communication:
