Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.Position SummaryQA Tools Developer - .Net developer is needed to support the QA Web tools platform which is host to a number of existing and new toolsets being built to be leveraged by internal (DCRS – QA/EL/CM teams/UAT) and external teams as well.Resource needed to provide adequate coverage to reduce significant risks in application support /availability/ development of tools to to mitigate impact to deliverables across projects, status reporting and MRA audit related functions.Responsibilities:Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirementsDesigns, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintainedMentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stackExecutes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecyclePerforms spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideasAutomates manual release activitiesDesigns, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering ,Computer science ,Information Technology or Job related field required .12+ years experience in Job related field requiredCandidate should have strong hands on development skills using ASP.net (MVC), Angular JS, and SQLA plus: experience with Kendoui core, Datatables.js, Chartsjs, and SignalRAdditional skillset: IIS configuration and bitbucket deploymentAble to work independently and deliver results with minimum supervisionQuick learner who can grasp various complexities of the requirements and systems being supportedDemonstrated flexibility for operating and delivering results in a dynamic and complex environmentCapable of owning work and coordinating end to end, including closing out issues, managing risk, providing accurate status, and communicating with clients, partners, and management.Desired QualificationsMust be a team playerAbility to work on multiple applications and projectsGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to write design documents and present solutions to management and clientSkills:Application DevelopmentAutomationInfluenceSolution DesignTechnical Strategy DevelopmentArchitectureBusiness AcumenDevOps PracticesResult OrientationSolution Delivery ProcessAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationData ManagementRisk ManagementTest EngineeringShift:1st shift (United States of America)
