Join us!Job Description:Bank of America is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join the Merchant Technology team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter and related technologies. You will work collaboratively with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and implement high quality and scalable mobile applications that meet our business needs.This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.Required Qualifications:· Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent disciplineAt least 2+ years of experience in Flutter development.· Proficient in Dart and Flutter frameworks.· Experience with iOS and Android development using Flutter.· Strong understanding of OOPs, design patterns and SOLID principles.· Familiarity with version control systems like Git.· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desired Qualifications:· Experience with Firebase, Google Cloud, or other backend services.· Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.· Experience with Point of Sale solutions, integration to payment gateways, and knowledge of POS protocols and hardware.· Familiarity with testing frameworks like Flutter Driver and JUnit.· Familiarity with PCI standards.Responsibilities:Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirementsDesigns, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintainedMentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stackExecutes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecyclePerforms spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideasAutomates manual release activitiesDesigns, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)Skills:Application DevelopmentAutomationInfluenceSolution DesignTechnical Strategy DevelopmentArchitectureBusiness AcumenDevOps PracticesResult OrientationSolution Delivery ProcessAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationData ManagementRisk ManagementTest EngineeringShift:1st shift (United States of America)
