Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategiesDevelop and train your team to better serve your customersEvaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demandActively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methodsProduce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategiesQualifications:
Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales departmentHigh diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitalityMinimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales managementComputer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and verbalCompensation:
$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
