A little about this position:The Vice President of Resort Lodging is to ensure hotel operations consistently deliver a high level of service excellence based on established company standards and customer expectations.This role involves providing leadership, management, and strategic direction to all hotels, property management, and HOA operations.It also requires adapting a well-balanced approach to meet the needs of the employees, guests and consistently achieve or surpass goals and objectives across all facets of operations.Collaborate efforts to identify and cultivate talent within the division, creating avenues for staff recruitment, development, and retention.This role needs to act as an active leader within the resort to enrich the culture of Mammoth Resorts and uphold its vision, mission, and core values.Moreover, leads revenue-generating capacities, increases productivity, upholds the enterprise's image, and provides a safe and efficient working environment essential to overall performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration preferred.Minimum ten (10) years' experience in the hotel industry.Minimum five (5) years of progressive supervisory and managerial experience, directing, leading, and coaching others to exceed organizational standards.Extensive knowledge of management, operation, sales, and marketing of the hospitality industry, particularly condo-hotel management.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Demonstration of strong leadership skills.Advanced proficiency in budgeting, Profit & Loss, and business planning.Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.Analytical skills and a strong sense of problem-solving capabilities, while maintaining the integrity of hotel policy.Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.Strong language skills required; fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish preferred
Pay: $147,719.50 - $163,806.27 per year
