It is a local treasure and iconic building that has played host to families, friends, locals and visitors over many years.What you’ll do:Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectationsMenu planning, inventory management and food preparationProvide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environmentCreate and manage staff rostersManage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standardsWhat you’ll need:Previous experience working as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishmentAbility to lead effective teams and build a positive cultureExtensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipmentOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsTrade Cooking qualificationsThe desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional teamIf this gig excites you - and you’re close-enough on the requirements - go on, throw your hat in the ring!
