The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving organizational priorities and executing the company’s business strategy. This role focuses on operational efficiency, cross-departmental collaboration, and strategic project management to align with the company's global goals. The Chief of Staff will ensure smooth execution of initiatives, foster cross-functional communication, and support the CEO in leading the executive team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Global Alignment:

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute key business strategies, ensuring alignment across production, sales, marketing, finance, and HR globally.Maintain the strategic roadmap, aligning all initiatives with long-term global goals, while adapting to industry trends, competitor analysis, and evolving needs.Oversee the planning and execution of global initiatives, working closely with regional leadership to ensure consistent execution and achievement of strategic objectives.Operations & Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across global operations.Lead high-impact global projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.Standardize workflows and best practices globally, supporting data-driven decision-making and alignment with long-term growth strategies.Project Management & Governance:

Establish and maintain project management best practices, governance processes, and reporting structures for global initiatives.Oversee key projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives, while providing regular updates to the CEO and executive team.Leadership Support & Communication:Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights on business operations and preparing executive meetings with key updates from global teams.Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, regional offices, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of strategies and expectations.Manage relationships with stakeholders, including partners, investors, and global teams.Lead cross-functional teams and special projects to achieve business goals, particularly on global initiatives.Support leadership development and succession planning, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative company culture across all regions.QUALIFICATIONS

15+ years of experience in business management, operations, or consulting, ideally in manufacturing or consumer goods.Proven leadership with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and managing senior teams.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to execute at both strategic and tactical levels.Strong communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.Global experience and a solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage tight deadlines under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.Adaptable to diverse cultures and business environments with a global mindset.
