Job Opportunity: Director of AdmissionFort Lewis College seeks a culture-builder and recruitment expert to help us continue to build on our recent enrollment success. The Director of Admission supports the strategic plan in the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of undergraduate first-year and transfer students.

The Director leads the Admission Office, with a staff of 20, that includes:

High school and community relations

Undergraduate recruitment and admission

The campus visit program

Office operations

With strong support and collaboration from the Enrollment Management and Marketing & Communications, and other key offices across campus, the Director is responsible for:

The development of top-of-funnel recruitment strategies

A comprehensive communication and outreach plan

Undergraduate admission policy and review

Leveraging of Technolution’s Slate CRM strategies

The Director is also responsible for:

Targeted recruitment initiatives

Coordinating recruitment territories

Budget management

Supervision and training of the admission staff
