About the Account Executive PositionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to sell to commercial account customers in the region. As an Account Executive, you should be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals by hitting and exceeding quota. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
Implement strategies/targets for sales
Monitor sales performance
Identify potential customers
Handle complaints effectively and quickly
Negotiate contracts
Oversee team members and ensure that targets are met
Inform clients and team members about new products/services, features, etc.
Provide feedback to customers
Display advanced knowledge of sales and products
Follow company approval process and use CRM tools
Senior Account Executive Requirements:
Proven experience in the field in NY Metro
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong product knowledge
Public speaking
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM and MS Office
Professionalism
Target-driven and highly motivated
BA/BSc degree
