As an Account Executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals by hitting and exceeding quota.

Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.

Account Executive responsibilities are:Implement strategies/target for salesMonitoring sales performanceIdentifying potential customersHandling complaints effectively and quicklyNegotiating about contractsOverseeing team members and ensuring that targets are metInforming clients and team members about new products/services, features, etc.Giving feedback to customersDisplaying advanced knowledge of sales and productsFollowing company approval process and use CRM tools

Senior Account Executive requirements are:Proven experience in the field in NY MetroGood communication skills (verbal and written)Strong product knowledgePublic speakingPossessing good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Familiar with CRM and MS OfficeDisplaying professionalismBeing target driven and highly motivatedBA/BSc degree
