Support VP DG as directed / requiredDG Practitioner SME (DQ; MDM; Framework)Assist with implementing and sustaining Data Governance across various teamsSupporting Data Governance working groups and meetings (preparing content, writing up minutes, tracking actions)Prep and support creation of Data Governance materials as directedCollaborate with Stakeholders to assess needs / gapsBuild PPTsSupport / Lead training sessions with stakeholder groups as directedData Analysis as requiredData Stewardship Experience
Support VP DG as directed / requiredTrain Data Stewards on utilization of DG/DQ Tool and Remediation process as directedFacilitate DG Forum meetings with Data Stewardship SMEsCollibra and Satori SME and resource to StewardsCreate, Prepare and deliver training as directedSupport of Tagging and Privacy Masking Processes as directedLead Data Stewards through required workData Quality
Support VP DG as directed / requiredCollaboration with Data Stewards and Stakeholders on DQ effortsResearch and Facilitate segment-wide DQ Rules and work with Technical Admin to test and deploy in DQ ToolSupport collection of DQ metrics and completion of DQ scorecards as directedData Governance Platform
Support VP DG as directed / requiredCollibra (or similar) SME for Data Steward Council membersCollaboration with Collibra CoE and IT as neededOversight of Collibra Data Glossary/Dictionary with specific focus on proper Data Diagraming techniqueTraining and Education to Data Stewards regarding the above as directedMaster Data Management
Support VP DG as directed / requiredScreen initial requests for MDM Collaboration with stakeholders to investigate / analyze as neededCommunication and collaboration with Data Store IT Teams and BSAs to request needed data for MDM analysisQuery Snowflake for basic inquiries and investigationAnalyze raw data to Prepare and Propose MDM approachSupport MDM Pilot and eventual MDM Tool process as directedCollaboration with Report Governance Lead as needed
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field(s) preferred.P&C insurance experience preferred (minimum 3 years)Minimum 3 years experience or knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master Data Management, and Data Stewardship principles and preferably hold a relevant certification (e.g. DAMA, DCMP, DCAM or similar)Minimum 3 years experience applying technical and business skills to perform data analysis, understand business requirements and translate that knowledge into descriptive metadata and reference dataExperience working with Snowflake (or similar) and experience with system testing and understanding data masking and security principles.Experience to writing and executing basic SQL-based queriesFor individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.$110,058 - $148,902/yearTotal individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.Click
