Job Summary:

Experience in field service providing Install Move Add Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and end user support activities as required. Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).

MAC OS Desktop troubleshooting.

Standard Desk Side Support Tech role in Enterprise environment of Life sciences or Healthcare Client.

Data Transfer knowledge between laptops.

Complete special projects as requested by Customer.

Provides technical training to more junior employees.

Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery. Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing handhelds, laptops, and scanners.

Required Technical Skills:Field Services Domain Skills - MAC OS knowledge, Data transfer knowledge
