Job Summary:

Experience in field service providing Install Move Add Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and end user support activities as required. Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image (aka eCore). Perform MAC OS Desktop troubleshooting. Execute standard Desk Side Support Tech role in an Enterprise environment of Life sciences or Healthcare Client. Knowledge of data transfer between laptops. Complete special projects as requested by the customer. Provide technical training to more junior employees. Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery. Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing handhelds, laptops, and scanning.

Required Technical Skills:

Field Services Domain Skills - MAC OS knowledge, Data transfer knowledge.
