The anticipated salary range for this role is between $74,000.00 and $109,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. JOB SUMMARYThe Cash Management Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the Cash Management Sales Officers and overall department efforts in achieving quality customer relations and production. In this role you regularly interact with internal and external clients within the context of the bank’s strategic growth plan, supports achievement of team or market goals in new client development and retention.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Has knowledge and understanding of Cash Management Services
Support Cash Management Sales and department administrative/reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures
Work with Cash Management Sales Officers and important business partners in client relationship planning, business development and retention efforts
Provides accurate, timely and extensive information to all client inquiries and requests to ensure high level customer service and retention of clients
Assists all areas of the Bank to coordinate inter and intra-department activities; resolves inquiries or issues relating to cash management matters
Ability to deal with complex issues involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
Manage client expectations relating to the implementation of new cash management services
Provide cash management onboarding documents to clients for signature
Able to join in-person meetings both internally and externally when needed
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5+ years equivalent work experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cash Management
Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
Detail oriented along with strong time management skills.
Solid understanding of deposit transactions, and use of good judgement
Ability to learn multiple bank systems to service customers.
Familiarity with FIS Horizon and Q2 is a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and completes certifications on time
Adheres to local, state and federal laws
Project management experience
