Guiding a dedicated team, you’ll ensure seamless coordination of catering, conference logistics, and event operations, all with warmth and attention to detail that reflect our island’s hospitality. Your strategic leadership will not only boost revenue but also enhance guest satisfaction, while upholding the highest standards of service and quality. Partnering with clients, you’ll bring their visions to life through personalized proposals infused with the essence of our Hawaiian culture. With a focus on budget management, nurturing vendor relationships, and fostering continuous innovation, you’ll help ensure that every event radiates excellence and leaves a lasting impression.Minimum Requirements:5 to 6 years of work-related and leadership experience.Skills to effectively supervise and manage the department and meet goals.Ability to analyze financial information.Ability to investigate and resolve complaints promptly.Must be pleasant, smiling, and friendly.Salary:
