In this role, you will oversee and manage the implementation, development, and enhancement of supplier initiatives within the procurement function to drive consistency, adoption and value of key supplier partnership programs across Google.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to develop/refine strategies to implement GPO supplier programs across procurement processes, including setting goals, objectives, and action plans aligned with organizational values/objectivesLead implementation and execution of supplier programs within procurement; creating roadmaps, timelines, and action plans for initiatives, such as third-party risk management, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.Engage with stakeholders across procurement, executive finance management, and cross-functional departments, communicating the importance of supplier programs, with the intent to foster support for program initiatives, drive impact, and achieving mutual goals.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop policies, guidelines, and procedures related to GPO supplier programs and ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and corporate values.Research and implement best practices in supplier management within procurement to identify innovative approaches and industry trends to enhance program effectiveness.
